C352 - Where to Set Installed Place

I have set up a C352 to send status notifications (misfeeds ect) by email which works fine except the "Installed Place" line doesnt have the location. Its Blank - so I have no idea what machine is having a problem.
I have looked through all of the webpage and cant seem to find where to set it.
Anyone know where it is?

It's under Maintenance > Machine Setting.

Status Notifications

Your machine has to be at certain level and capable of sending email. The status notification is under Networks settings>Detail Settings>Status Notifications.

Sorry, made a mistake. Its a C253.

I still cant find where to set this. Is it on the Web page or on the Machine itself?
and again, the email does work - its just the location line in the email itself thats blank

ok- got there but the name/location is filled out properly. I deleted it and tried a different name but same results. blank on the email.

Could this be a firmware issue?

network settings-smtp server at once must be ok
