Konica Minolta Fax

Hello

I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub c452 that I installed a fax on. The machine is receiving faxes but they can not send. Do you think I have a bad fax board or is there a setting that I might be missing? I have the manual but do not see anything that would make it only receive.

Thank you for the reply. I have checked the marketing area that the post refers to an they are set correctly. Any other thoughts?

Can you dial your own phone in the "off hook" mode? What is the error when you try to send fax? Is the customer using any kind of digital phone system? Emujo
