km bizhub 364e wont boot up

it is not resetting like the ssd problem screen comes up to the towers and says konica minolta in upper right corner on screen and thats it fuser is warming up scanner is turning on and checking home

Thanks for the follow up post, were there any codes associated with this problem? Did you see anything in the code counters after you got the MFP running? EMujo
