I am working on a KM C220 that is jamming before the fuser. I have replaced the fuser unit but i'm stiil experiencing jamming. The copier jams more when printing duplex then single sided coping.

Not to abuse you, but if you are getting jams before fusing, why would you replace the fuser and expect a different result? How about posting the MFP copy count, exact jam codes firmware and so on. If you have a high copy count then in may be registration issues you are dealing with. Also what paper sizes are involved and does it happen with only one tray or multiple trays.Comment

The bushes on the registration roller on those models including b250 b282 and b223 gets sticky and sometimes locks up. Check the roller by turning it by hand it should not take any effort to rotate. Also paper size issues. is this happening with single copies or multi copies.WhateverComment
