    License management error

    Hi

    can some please assist me with the following issue. I have a Konica Minolta C203 that gives me license management error. this is not a new setup, all I have done is replace the printer control board and done the firmware
    PLEASE HELP ME

    Changing the printer control board does cause this issue. You have to call KM support and have them issue you a initialization code, or if you have access to the KM site, you can try to do it yourself with the license manger but I have had very little success. The good news is the message doesn't affect anything. Emujo

      thanks for the advise but since I have had this error the start button stays red

        Well, then you have more than one problem, as license management errors do not cause the MFP to stop working. Double check that you have the correct serial number entered in service mode, correct options (HDD, fax) installed, life stop settings configured correctly, and PPLM mod soft switch settings correct. Are you sure you installed the correct MFP board? EMujo
