konica c550 email scan

when you select scan I want to be able to add email addresses on the touch panel, so users can email their scans to themselves.
help please?

Easiest way is to goto the machine's web page
select store address
select email address
fill in the information
(name, address, which to to display it under)
Make sure the email settings are set under the network tab(logout as user then login as administrator) then you should be all set.

press utility, user settings, one touch, scan, email, add address

when the user is in the scan screen, they can use the direct input button to scan to themselves, but this does not create a one-touch button; it is only for one time use.

press Fax/scan, Direct Input then email - enter the address etc etc etc
