[Error Code] CD-411 Bizhub C364 ( non e )I

Hi,
I have a C364 with CD-411 error (control panel touch screen) I have replaced the customers with a spare, but was wondering if anyone had this error and found the reason. It looks a fairly complicated control panel to strip down, as it's the slide design on the non e version.
