Does anyone know how to enable the feature that allows the machine to answer faxes and let voice phone calls ring and be answered by the end user? The same phone number is used for the phone and fax in this situation. Thanks for any help!

Hi Emujo~ I found that when going into service mode>Fax Settings>Fax Parameters>Address 0e009500>code 00000000 when you change the code to 00010000 this will allow the fax machine to share a land line with a phone and fax. Generally this setting is defaulted already from the factory.Comment

there is a device called the stick, its relatively easy to setup and make operate.
This unit needs to be installed where the phone line comes into the office or building.
