6000L Noise from Waste Toner pipe

I removed final part of waste toner pipe, before WTB, it was blocked with bits of black plastic, ( not hardened toner ), put back together and no noise, very happy with myself, 3 hour job. 2 days later customer reports noise again !!!
Has anyone come across this ?

i have gotten black plastic in konica TN910 toner...

thanks fully it never made it out of the hopper into the dv unit, but it did block it up...

i have seen toner turn so hard it could be mistaken for plastic, put a lighter on it - see if it melts like toner or plastic.

    are they using OEM toner?

    good luck...
