doc feeder df 621 with a c 8107 code

I know it is the cleaning mechanism in the doc feeder. I tried to just disable it. no dice the feeder is completely down
any ideas on what it may be?

Try checking the PS13 (sensor check) if the sensor is working, would prove the M4 has changed. Also you can fail the board of adf.

Have you tried just blowing out the sensor? I find most times the simplest solution is the is right solution. lol
