[Misc] Konica Minolta BH283 Fax Issue

I have a customer with a BizHub 283 who does a lot of faxing. They can fax to any number except their home office which is a RightFax server.
I have replaced the fax board and the MFP board, installed a DSL filter (just to try). I have have changed settings on the fax to compensate for Voice over IP, even though they are on a POTS line.
I have installed the latest greatest firmware, but yet no faxing.
If the direct dial you can hear the fax server answer and they communicate but there is just something the fax and server are not happy about so it won't send the fax.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm about tapped!

I'd try ECM to off, slow the baud rate to half G2.

I've slowed it down with success as well.
