Hello. I can't connect pc to Bizhub c350 to scan . PC can connect to machine but i cant scan. is there,any software that i must download or any driver?

log on to machine with the IP and use the web tools to set it up. You will need to first create a scans folder on your C drive and then share it to everyone with read write permissions, if your doing it through SMB anyway. Once that is done when you click on the fax/scan tab it will show you all the other info you need.
