    [Misc] KM C451 lines ONLY on the 1st printout

    dear all,

    every time cient sents a print to the m/c (KM c451) the 1st sheet has
    the vertical line and top and bottom dot lines (as per atth sheet).

    ps. if the lang seems Greek to you, then you 're absoletely right !!!

    This is a pretty crappy print job to begin with, are you using a reader that can understand greek fonts? What does a basic window test page look like? To me this looks like something embedded in the image. Try checking the print as image box under advanced in the print dialog box. Emujo

      this may help ??
      happens mostly when m/c stand by for a period of time. (a couple of hours) or first print in the morning.

        Since the defect appears in both B&W and color, I think we can eliminate 2nd x-fer roller, and IU problems. I would look at replacing the x-fer belt and if no help, them memory or the MFP board. Also, if you look closely, you can see some defects/shadowing around the top left corner. You may want to run that ADF zoom/mag test chart to be sure you're ADF is scanning correctly. Emujo
