    Has anyone got C200 Scanning firmware or know which i need to get smb sorted???

    customer needs to scan to smb. this c200 has no smb file on control panel under. scan button. address tab. then bottom left button shows Email tab but not smb

      There is no special firmware for scanning smb, this MFP has the functionality out of the box, however, you may have to go into the web connection and look under SMB settings to ensure SMB scanning (and printing if needed) are allowed. Once this is set/verified, you should be able to create a one touch SMB scan button. Whether it works or not is a different animal. Some of the protocols needed for scanning to Win7/8, or newer servers are not there. Ensure the MFP is at Phase 02. Emujo

          Make sure the C200 has firmware 21 or later as this enables the SMB function to be activated.

              Thanks for the reply. Our Machine is a Olivetti mf201. it had old firmware on it. i was told to put phase 2 no.37 or .no38 firmware on and no.07 as the main which you have to select this to download from service mode.

              After all this there is still no smb tab. even set up a test one touch folder and set up. still no success
