error 2840 in C6500 HELP!!!!!

Good night.
I have a problem with C6500.


Error 2840 when adjusting the auto gamma PGC
Error 2841 when adjusting printer gamma sensor PGC


I have other PGC and the same error persists.


Recall Factory Default in already executed.


PRCB already changed.

This problem started when C6500 not printing when RED test pattern #53
Magenta and Yellow = 255, Cyan and Black = 0


Is there some setting or procedure to get this error?

Thanks! problem solved. After several tests, replace PRCB. With new PGC, error disappeared and turned red.
