New problem on My Bizhub c350

Hello . Machine stack some papers. i try to clean and cleaned but now i have a problem occured : C-0204 . Any Help?

Any code that is 0201,0202,0203 or 0204 is related to paper trays trying to lift. Paper loaded incorrectly or paper jammed behind tray. I think 0204 is related to tray 2. open tray 2 and reboot machine, if code clears and machine runs from tray 1, look closer at tray 2 for issue.

On this old machine the C-0204 stands for Yellow PC drum charge Corona malfunction.
So i Guess the fault lies in the yellow drum unit.

Always been paper trays 0204 is tray 2. Tray sensor is not detecting the paper lifting.

Pull the tray out and look for any jammed paper behind the tray. Clear any jams and clean around the sensor to make sure it gets a clear reading.

1 Check the Imaging Unit contact and correct or clean as necessary.
2 Check the HV1 contact and correct or clean as necessary.
3 Change Imaging Unit.
4 Change HV1.
5 Change PWB-MC

I stand corrected. Looking at the Manual for the C350 it shows:

ITEM:
C0200: Cyan PC Drum Charge Corona malfunction
C0202: Magenta PC Drum Charge Corona malfunction
C0204: Yellow PC Drum Charge Corona malfunction
C0208: Black PC Drum Charge Corona malfunction

DESCRIPTION:
An output is automatically produced from the PC
Drum Charge Corona of each color when the malfunction
resetting procedure is performed after C0208 (PC
Drum Charge Corona malfunction) has been detected.
The SCD signal is detected for a continuous 0.5-sec.
period at this time.

Thanks,everyone. I think is something about the paper jam. i made some restatarts and now it is ok. it is an old machine,i know but it does great job, as i used it. the only problem that i have now, as wrote on another Thread, is that i have a P-28 machine status problem, for a sensor AIDC at the back, that i can't find it to clean and the scan to PC problem. Any help on them would make me happy. Thanks again, for your help!

Ok must check c350 manual. in the C450 manual it is the paper lift problem.

I made same assumption. Saw word bizhub and got tunnel vision.
