    Web Interface not working

    Hello

    I have a Bizhub c353 that I cannot access the web interface page. I was able to put the machine on the network and can print to it but when I put the ip address in the web browser I get a blank screen. The address changes from the ip address to http://192.168.1.47/wcd/index.html so I think I am accessing the page but not seeing the settings. I am pretty sure that there is a security setting that is turned on but can not find it in the book.

    Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance for your help.

    Try connecting via different pc or different web browser. Or try connecting directly through your laptop not customer network.

      I have the machine in my shop on our network and can get onto the other Konica Minoltas that we have. This is the first c353 that I have seen. I tried chrome internet explorer and my Iphone with just a blank screen. I do not get the message saying it can not connect.

        Use Firefox. It work way better than the other two
