I have a customer with several locations and about 75 users that's having issues with the machine in a unique way. I've been talking to their IT Support who recently loaded the current driver PCL version 6.6 onto their system. Since the update when they enter word through the virtual terminal and select print the system freezes up. The only recourse is to reboot the computer! The C353 is set as the default printer. If they select their HP as the default printer and chose the Bizhub from the drop down menu it prints without any issues.
