[Misc] Konika Minolta Bizhub C252

Hi,
I have a problem with Bizhub c252 when i print, it prints 2 color black and red, when i copy, it uses only 2 color yellow and cyan.
I print haftone print only mageta and black.
What can i do?

I would back up everything (address book, network settings, etc.) and perform a data initialization and format the HDD. If that doesn't fix the problem then you have a bad mfp/overall control board. Good luck.
