C6500 printing problems

Hi,

I have a print quality problem. I've change all 4 drums, all 4 developers, all 4 corona chargers, and the transfer belt. After i changed all parts this is the print quality. Do you have any ideas how to fix them?

I speek with a km technician and he told me that i must change the magenta developer tank. What do you think guys?
