Have you tried updating the firmware, sometimes re-flashing the code will color on the screen. Also on previous models it could be disabled under billing menu

Notice that you have no animation guide. Did you format the HDD recently? If so was it OK before you did that?

We have 12 equipment and 04 are in trouble.


User settings, administrator settings, service mode, Billing and Enhanced are same.

HDD is not formatted.
