Have a C5500 giving me J-3102 with a print job that has full coverage. I know how to run toner reduction on a Windows machine, but my customer is using Mac OS X. I had the customer use toner saving mode, and the job printed. However the customer was not happy with the output. Said it was too light. Can anyone tell me if toner saving mode in Mac OS X is the same as toner reduction in Windows?

The command workstation has all the features of the windows driver. You should change it in that and see the difference. -
Thanks Random. Found out that the toner reduction setting is on the media tab in Mac OS X. Customer was very happy with quality and no jams.The family that prays together, stays together!
