Consumables shelf life and reading manufacture label

Morning Ya'll,

I've been having issues with my C65hc and I'd like to rule out the possibility of old toner or developer causing the problem. I could use some help reading the manufacture stamp.

Toner example;
Bottle number: 8Y091MU9
Box number: 94231MU9

What is in the normal shelf life of toner and developer?
