bizhub pro c500 error code 02-01 SC23-09

happened on start up.
Have done :
clean the augering section on transfer belt cleaning blade
change the whole transfer belt from other unit
Clean the imaging sensor inside the shutters.
Tigthen the hex screw on the flywheel
Drum and developer all properly seated

No previous error code, just straight to SC23-09. first time tiling block of toner was sticked on the whole transfer belt. but now transfer belt not rotating.

any help much appreciate.

Use mode 47-41-12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 ( Output ) to check transfer belt motor

Many thanks Laitang for the info, and did the 47 41 multimode12 - 17 all result are good like this:
47 41 multimode 12 to 17 IN: 001 OUT: FIN
Also did PRCB 47 49-00 IN: 000 OUT: FIN

any way to test mode the image correction unit that sits next to transfer belt in main body?

Before it happened oem yellow toner was used and leaked on top neck of the bottle, but it still print couple hundred pages.
the white area of paper covered with light yellow. we chucked that and put original yellow toner.

I saw few posting but never ending result, please any help much appreciated.
