About the counter of scan bizhub c454e

Dear All,

We are wondering about counter of scan black (3)and scan full color (5) that it derives from the used of anything.
We tested both is scan black and scan full color but counter do not add up.

You have X scan jobs done in B&W, X jobs done in full color, the remainder are "auto color" which is the normal default scan setting. Emujo

But i test scan B&W and full color , the meter counter increases to the SCANS (1291), But it not increases to the Black(3) or Full color(5)
