Double side print problems at Konica-Minolta Bizhub c350.

Last days i have a problem with double side printing and copying. It prints one side and when it takes inside to print the other side, it stacks in and it brings a missfield message. any help to fix it?

Is the latch on the duplex cover broken?

which latch do you mean? for sacaning is doing good . the problem is with printing
