C500 color problem

I have a C500 that when you print or copy reflux blue the half tones look purple. I did all the system updates and calibrations on the machine and the fiery controller. any suggestions.

Did you checked the magenta IU? I think it is overtone.

Reflex blue is a classic problem colour, even on a Press.

Do you have the Spot-on option on your Fiery?

Here you can find the colour and reduce the magenta in that specific spot colour.

Also, are you sending it as a spot or a process colour?

Try using a different simulation profile in the expert colour settings.

I demo and train people on these units and refelx is my example colour to show how to use spot on.
