Thanks for your reply. ichanged the chip of cyan. after it begin this problems. i changed at yellow,also. i bought this machine, 3 month ago. i don't know when they changed the IU. if i put developer at the imaging unit, you think that it will be ok?

Do you have the same CQ issue with other jobs, or just this particular...BTW (mini-rant)...I know IUs are expensive, but re chipping is a recipe for long term failure. You're telling the MFP "here is a new IU" but who knows how many copies are on the damn thing. Emujo
