When I pull the jammed paper out of the fuser, the image is shifted up on the "Windows Printer Test Page" so much that the "Windows" word is almost completely off the page. I have cleaned the feed tire, reinstalled the driver, replaced the fuser, replaced the I/U, and even tried a different computer printing to it. Could it be a clutch issue?

Have only 3 units of this baby in the field and not yet described problems but based on experience with other MagiColor printers, yes. Most of the time the patch on the registration solenoids becomes sticky and/or the grease in the clutch will dry out.
