[Error Code] Need instructions

I am working on a bizhub 25. I would like to know if anyone can tell me how I can flash up the firmware on this unit. Looking in the service manual cant find anything on it. Thank you all in advance. Also when I scan to folder I am getting system error 9000. Any ideas?

There will be firmware instruction in service manual. Recommend to follow service manual for this model. it uses USB cable and a scanner application get machine in boot rom mode and to transfer the data.
