Hello everybody,
Some help for service code C-8103 in Konicaminolta C253 machine?
This code not appearr in service manual.May be some problem with DF 605?

European one has ONLY 1028 pages.

DF-605 are the Document Feeder for Bizhub 250/350!

C-8103: Lift up mechanism failure (DF-611).

Fix: 1. Close the DF befor you turn on the main power switch.
2. Change the Motor Assy for lift up the document feed tray (Parts Page 3/33).

you have to open up the document feeder until you can see the white lift up cam which is underneath the lift plate. what you need to do is slightly bend upwards the horizontal metal plate which supports the gear drive for the cam. i usually place 2 small cut outs of the c350/c450 cleaning material underneath to support it and prevent it from bending downwards again. also if the customer is turning on the machine with the document feeder in the up position it will cause the code, hope this helps
