C364e group authentication error

Hi all,

We have a C364e that wont print using account tracking. We have set up lots before but struggling with this one. Even tried setting print without authentication set to allow, still no luck though. Error log shows 'group authentication error'.
Any ideas?

Driver/firmware mismatch will cause this type of problem. You need to post your firmware version/function version/driver version. Let us see if you have something wrong here 1st. Are you using "account track", "user authentication" or both? You state account track, but again Tomato/Tomaato. Emujo
