    Scanner not enable the panel Bizhub C552

    Hello.

    I have a problem in Bizhub C552 scanner enabled.

    Have replaces HD, formatted and I enabled in service mode.

    Already updated the firmware of the machine

    Help me !!

      Do you mean platen or ADF? what was original problem?

          copy function ok in glass and ADF.

              Defective memory?

              Try (re)writing firmware to the machine... Perform a memory check (under state confirmation in service mode).

                  Do you mean you that if you press the scan button it will not go to the scan mode, or are you getting a message that scanning is not available? Emujo
