[Electrical] Bizhub 421 not recognizing the internal finisher

I have a 421 and its not recognizing the FS-522 Finisher. We swaped out the finisher no change. Changed out the main board with no success. Called tech support they suspect a pinched wire. Has anyone else seen this?

check --->in service mode\ system1\trouble isolation\ finisher set or unset.
Or machine needed a new firmware.
