Re: konica 550 c 3102
Pretty certain fuser error must be cleared for restart through "Trouble Reset"... good luck
C3102 Fusing roller failure to turn • When the IH power supply is turned ON,
pulse signals are not input either of the
heating roller rotation sensor/1 or the heating
roller rotation sensor/2 within a predetermined
period of time.

It is a hard down after fuser error! Did your old fuser shred? (fall apart? Bind motors?)Comment

Re: konica 550 c 3102
What was condition of old fuser? Failure cause?
what i'm getting at is that it may be a drive issue...Comment

perhaps of more use!
Quick question????
You use old web unit to new fuser? Been awhile since i touched this model, but i think web unit is independent unit from fuser from parts.... i suspect your web unit may be the "binder". I preferred to replace with new when doing a fuser unit!Comment

Right door switch operation ok?
how ironic a branch email just came out from a senior tech about KC454 with C3201... he's looking for answers too!
"keeps coming back"
says his fuser is not binding & next is drive motor then PRCB....
good luck!

Re: konica 550 c 3102
There's a motor M17 in rear machine far right of main drive unit same part # as fuser drive motor... can swap for troubleshooting (if motor error moves to main drive error, then its motor).... also check to see if all vertical & registration roller(s) moving freely. New 4/5/6/7 series have bushing tie ups causing fuser/transport drive seizure! Not sure if these older fuser motors drive vertical!Comment

Re: konica 550 c 3102
regarding 4 series with this code randomly appearing and not due to paper jams, its the fuser drive motor, we have had it several times.
regarding what i presume is a bizhub C550, if the error has been reset and keeps coming at random with a new fuser it wil be the rotation detection sensor housing and photo sensors. replace them all. I've had this before and pulled plenty of hair out because of this.Comment
