    [Misc] B36 Scan error

    Hi

    I have a B36 that gives "wrong folder Smtp server" for email scan. Was working ok before. Did check settings and is all ok. Same Smtp server as the PC's that sends emails ok. Tried to phone ISP thinking that the server could reject it because of the same subject and text body over and over, but not giving support yet, still on leave? Changed to FTP to keep customer happy. Any help is welcome. Thx

      Have you tried to setup email settings again from the scratch?

          normally when you get a server message its a reply from the email server. Think spam bot detection is the problem. Before i mess around i would rather contact isp first.

              Fixed with firmware. The same special firmware that fixes the HHD full message when scanning fixed this problem.
              VER-A3EW-30G2-0902-05_Insufficient HDD.

                  I've had issues with buggy firmware on this machine as well. Scanning to email with the current base firmware gives a "no network setting" message. I had to downgrade it to get it to work.
