Bizhub 600 code C-C111

We are installing our first bizhub 600 in our area and the service and parts manual have not arrevide yet.
We traided to start the equipment and we get the code C-C111 and we cant get in to the service mode.
What does this code mean?

Thie machine is new, just cames out of the box

C-C111: After ISW, the firmware of the mainbody does not match that of the printer.

Do you have access to the tech. service mode?
If yes, please post the firmware versions of MFP, Image and Print Controller Boards.

No Dallas, we have no access to the service mode

Check the following methode to enter service mode.

1. While pressing the utility/counter botton, turn ON the power switch SW2.
2. Trouble Reset screen appears.
3. Press the [Trouble Reset] key.
4. Enter Service Mode Stopp>0>0>Stopp>0>1
5. When CE password has been set, enter it.
6. Service Mode Menu Screen appears
7. Conduct necessary operations and turn OFF the SW2 after completions.
