Konica Minolta states 'Door open' C224e-C284e-C364e with FS-534 and SD-511
Hi everybody,
We have a Konica Minolta BH C284e with a FS-534 and a SD-511 in the field. This machine is having a problem (probably related to the SD-511).
With all doors and covers of the machine closed, the machine states, that the FS-534 door/a component is open (picture below, states as the front door of the FS-534 is closed):
The machine is responsive to front door interlock switch of the FS-534 (SW1), as the display is changing when the front door is opened to:
When the SD-511 is disconnected from the FS-534, the machine and FS-534 operates just fine
.
To avoid confusion... I've already checked 'TABT1200089EN00 Cover open message (There is an open component)' and the 'cushion' isn't the problem. Also when the terminals of SW1 are connected to each other, the problem remains.
Does anyone has any advice???
