Very good color production machine but still very involved. How old is the machine? We generally don't get access to manuals if you are not trained on it, Konica Minolta rejects warranty claims if the techs are not trained and as of late a dealership can't buy it before training was given. This is the only machine left in my training schedule, so i would not be able to help you here. Maybe someone else could, but i would not recommend working on it if it is under a SLA agreement. I if it is out of contract then have a ball.
