Bizhub C280 stains

Hi!

I have Bizhub C280 with black stains on the print and copies.
The stains comes from the black drum.
I changed the drum but new stain comes back on the new drum.

any idea what makes these stains on the drum?

I'd start by lining them up with something on the side door. Sometimes the transfer comb electrode teeth can get bent outward....Look in the area those marks are made, something is out of position
