copier keeps printing...

KM bizhub 350, sent a text file using CorelDraw, but cannot delete the file from the printer. I turn it off and unplug it and when I turn it back on, it starts printing the same file again.

Any suggestions?

The customer sent a PS file to a PCL driver.
Take the machine off line.
Check each workstation and clear the print queue.
Reset all jobs on the copier.
Sell the PS chip to keep this problem from happening again.
Install the PS driver on all workstations.
Delete pcl drivers on workstations.

Hopefull make some money.
Never run into this problem again.
I always tell sales people to sell the PS option at cost just to save on BS calls where Postscript will compensate without an onsite visit.
PCL is a HP emulater.
Postscript is a more reliable driver.

if you unplug the ethernet cable does it still keep printing the file over and over again? if it doesnt then the problem lies in the print driver, either from the print server or local computer. you will have to reload the driver again. can download from the konica minolta site. good luck.
