Di470 error code 1808 / service manual

Hi,
Have an error code of 1808 on Di470. Also cannot print remotely from network - says error printing (that is set up correctly).
Also where can i find a service manual?

yoy can try to re-seat the controller because the connection might be bad.

I think youre using internal controller (pi4700e)
Well There is a memory card inside the controller, behind the network card (IBM logo can apreciate) , Remove it and put it in another good controller of another machine,work it, test it, and reinstall it again in the original controller.
