I need a paper feed drive plate for the LU-407 the number listed is 15SS-1660. It comes back invalid. I have tried calling KM but the parts inquiry line just rings and then disconnects. I have checked the TB's etc and found nothing on a number change. I was hoping someone here has run into this before and found a good number. My manager is checking into the parts help line problem now but my customer is pushing.
