BH-C-353, setting vendor mode.

Would like to know which vendor mode one should use to hookup a coin accounting unit. Customer wants to use both B&W and also color copies.

Any help please?

If you have a vending product that is designed to work with the KM machine and it is connected to the vendor connection (not Key Counter Plug) I believe it is Vendor 2 mode, that gives you the greatest selection of pricing as per BW, Color, and paper size. My experience with this was that the Vending equipment support people seemed to know a lot more than KM Support when it came to the Vending Connection. Also when Vendor Mode is set there are a Lot of features that are disabled by default.
