[Error Code] C-2721 is coming in C8000

Good afternoon hope you are all fine. I have one machine bizhub C8000 its showing C-2721. 1st time i saw this code machine is around 500km away just i want to know if some body encounter with this code or have some solution or can sagest some parts any kind of help.

Code happens when the separator assembly next to the second transfer roller has a short or arc.


Check for good connection at the red wire to the separator. Use a pliers to squeeze the white plug to get a firm contact.

If the machine is run many times with code C-2721 it can destroy the HV2 transfer power supply.
