Some text missing when printing completed using machine c224e

Hi,
My customer print 1 form of ms word as in the file attached,the yellow wording in the form missing once the print using pcl and try using ps driver but no luck.
any idea to solve this issue.Thank

Have you looked to see if there was an updated driver and/or special firmware to fix this? What version M$ Office are they running? You could try Open Office and see if it works.
Also, you can save it as a bitmap or pdf and it should print.

Try this on the driver. First deselect use printer fonts. Then try to set to Bitmap fonts as well.
