Ok. Have customer who has a C353 with a IC 409 and the other day I went there to handle a scanning issue and the problem was that her IP address had changed so I logged on to the machine to update her IP address and every time I hit the edit button next to her name it just reloaded the same page again and wouldn't let me edit it from web tools but it did let me do it on the actual machine. So i am wondering if anyone has run into this and/or if you know what the problem is thanks.

Try using command workstation to get to the settings you need to change. EmujoIf you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals. -

there is a green 'refresh' button within the webpage that can resolve updating issues. are you can try to clear your browsing cache and cookiesComment
