    strange problem in bizhub C70hc

    Good evening brothers hope you are all fine. i have one Bizhub C70hc it has a strange problem when ever you print double side and select any choice for binding position machine will print only TOP bind position. Mean 2nd side will opposite direction. it having IC601.
    According to customer after installation of MB504 this problem started 10 days B4 we install MB504 for long sheet feeding.
    I reset machine & check all DIP/SW re install printer driver but still same. Still machine is printing only in TOP-BIND in duplex mode.
    Kindly help me

      What version of firmware does it have? Try the latest, also check for any patches for the fiery for this issue.
      Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

          Turn off the banner print from user mode and restart the machine.
          Your customer should turn on and then off every time he/she is using it. Also restart the machine after turning it on or off.
          The machine will print only in Top binding while banner is on.
