BizHub C35

Working on customers BH C35 and they are getting a line down the page ONLY on copies and ONLY from the ADF copies just fine from glass and prints just fine also when you make a B&W copy its leaves a black line and if you make a color copy it leaves a magenta line. I have checked all the IU they look fine and also swapped out the belt with a used one and it did the same thing exact same spot, I have cleaned the glass and the slip also the laser lens under the IU's. Any Ideas? Thanks

Hi there!
100% dust/dirt on the scanner. You have to open it (see service-manual) and clean it carefully.

OK. I'll give that a try but wouldn't affect it when I make a copy off the glass?

I will second that, Its on your slit glass or optics. Cleaning will fix this.
