    Persistent C2451 and C2424 on C6500

I have two C6500......one persitently gives a C2424 fault code and the other a C2451. I have changed developers (K for C2424 and Y for C2451), and PRCB on both all to no avail. Any suggestions on these problems will be appreciated.

I have a c6500 that will code out if I do not lift the process unit while closing it.
I pulled the process unit out an propped the end up and tightened the screws
for the process rails. They were'nt very loose but it did seem to help a little.
I'm told that someday I may have to replace the connector for the process unit.

Verify the Color Registration Unit sensors are clean. redo automatic and manual color reg adjustments.
switch dev units to see if the code follows the unit or not. if the code changes then the dev unit or tcr sensor may be bad. make sure you cover the toner fill holes in the devs with tape to keep the wrong color toner out.

Did you charge developers while installing them ? Did you run the TDS adjustment after charging developers ? IF yes on both then clean HV sensors (4) just below each developer unit on right side. silver on black rod.
